Basic Guitar Setup and Maintenance: $150
Next class will be held on Saturday, June 25. To reserve a slot e-mail: louis@freilicherguitars.comThis three hour workshop will focus on the basics of instrument care and setup. Topics to be discussed will include: proper cleaning and re-stringing techniques, action and intonation adjustments, truss rod adjustments and how season humidity changes effect your instrument. Students are required to bring either an acoustic or electric guitar, mandolin, or uke to work on during class. Classes are limited to five students.
One-on-one Tutorials
Beginning in January 2005 I am offering instrument construction tutorials for students who would like to build a guitar under my supervision. Rates will vary depending on the type of instrument being constructed. Please contact me for current rates and more information. A 30% deposit will be required to secure a slot for all one-on-one instrument constructing tutorials.
